SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your consent to receive text messages from PT. Bresco Trade International, operating as Rezium Labs ("Rezium Labs", "we", "us"), through our website chat widget or other opt-in forms.

1. Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Rezium Labs, including special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements related to our website design, AI automation, and booking system services.

Marketing text message consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent is collected separately from, and is not bundled with, consent for transactional messages.

2. Message Frequency & Fees

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and current promotions. Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Rezium Labs is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

3. How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time by texting STOPto the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending text messages to you again.

4. Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We support most major mobile carriers, but message delivery is not guaranteed on every network or device.

5. No Sharing for Marketing Purposes

No mobile information, including phone numbers, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support our business operations (e.g. our CRM/messaging platform provider) is permitted only as necessary to deliver our services, and is not considered sharing for marketing purposes.

6. Privacy

Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
